Residential Services

Individuals live together in a group setting of 3 or more and the home is used as an embarking point for community activities. Schedules, staffing, and recreation is determined by both individual and collective needs.

 

Semi-Independent Services

One or two individuals live together and the home is used as an  embarking point for community activities.

   

Independent Services

One or more individuals live on their own with staff providing self-help/life skills and community activities. The goal is to live more independently in the community.

 

Family Services

These services enable the individual living with their family to have a meaningful and personalized day program which provides the family members with the opportunity to go to work or to have time off from caregiving.

   

Home Sharing Services

Individuals live in varied and unique family care arrangements which meet their specific needs and desires. These may include living directly with a family, or in their own apartment within a family home.

Respite Services

When time-limited and temporary respite is needed, relief services are provided to individuals and their families.
