To provide quality programs and services to people who live with disabilities that will promote independence, self-growth and community integration
- Services provided assist people to live as independently as possible in their own neighborhood and broader community

The individual being supported is in the center, as they are the focal point for decision making and planning unique, creative, personalized services.
